- Engaging in discriminatory practices
Warning: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
Service Availability
- Portal available 24/7 with scheduled maintenance windows
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- Service may be temporarily unavailable during updates
Limitations
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages
- Data loss due to user error is not covered
- Internet connectivity issues are user responsibility
- Browser compatibility may affect functionality
Our Rights
- Portal design, code, and functionality are proprietary
- All trademarks and logos are protected
- Content and materials are owned by the Federation
- Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited
Your Rights
- You retain ownership of your submitted content
- You grant us license to use content for portal operations

Termination by You
- You may close your account at any time
- Contact support to initiate account closure

- Active tenders must be completed before closure
